Job Description

Join BoomPanda, a new-gen Youth platform, as an Operations Management Intern. Assist in streamlining processes, analyzing data, and supporting campaign management activities.

Responsibilities

Assist in streamlining operational processes and workflows
Collect and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement
Document standard operating procedures and create process flowcharts
Support campaign management activities and ensure timely availability of resources
Coordinate projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Conduct quality checks to maintain operational standards
Assist in partner management and execution of campaigns
Provide general operational support and maintain records
Contribute ideas for continuous improvement initiatives
Collaborate with the operations team and participate in team meetings

Qualifications

Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree (Any)
