Job Description

Lead and manage the training team to deliver process knowledge, soft skills, and leadership development training programs. Oversee team management, training needs analysis, coaching, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee delivery of training programs focused on process knowledge, workflows, SOPs, and leadership development.
  • Lead and manage a team of Process Trainers and VNA Leads, providing coaching and mentorship.
  • Identify training needs, collaborate with stakeholders, and design targeted training interventions.
  • Provide coaching, floor support, and optimize processes to enhance training effectiveness.
  • Drive cross-skilling initiatives and support stakeholder management for training alignment.
  • Track and report training outcomes, develop training content, and foster continuous improvement.
  • Provide transition support for new team onboarding and integration during organizational changes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Management, Human Resources, or related field.
  • TTT (Train the Trainer) certification is required.
  • 8-10 years of experience in BPO training with team handling experience.
  • Strong expertise in training delivery, soft skills development, and process training.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, LMS usage, and stakeholder management.
