  • Attending customers at Site or outside of Office
  • Daily follow up for visited and non-visited customers

  • Channel Partner relation building
  • Competitors Project Comparison
  • Update about area development

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the real estate industry
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics
  • Customer relationship management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience with market research and data analysis
