Job Description

Arctex Systems is seeking a System Administrator to work the night shift in Kolkata. The ideal candidate will have experience in monitoring IT systems, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring data integrity and availability.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and maintain IT systems and network infrastructure during night hours.
  • Perform routine system checks and backups to ensure data integrity.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Ensure server performance and uptime are optimal.
  • Provide remote support to clients or internal teams.
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
  • Maintain logs of system activities and incidents.
  • Implement basic security protocols.
  • Coordinate with day shift team for smooth handovers.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a System Administrator.
