Job Description

BricknBolt is seeking a Sales Manager to supervise and organize the sales team to meet customer acquisition and revenue growth targets.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals
  • Analyze sales trends and optimize strategies
  • Meet customers to resolve queries and move them through the conversion pipeline
  • Manage service requests and ensure customer engagement
  • Set objectives and monitor progress to meet company quotas

Qualifications

  • 4-6 years of inside/outside sales experience in B2C companies
  • Passion for engaging with customers and fostering improvements
  • Excellent communication and people management skills
