Join Paytm, India's leading mobile payments and financial services distribution company, as a Distribution Sales Manager in Amritsar. Be part of the team focused on offline transactions in the Oil & Gas / Dairy sector.

Responsibilities

Manage, train, and guide the Service team in the assigned territory.
Set achievable service targets for the team.
Monitor team performance and motivate them to meet or exceed targets.
Collect customer feedback and provide updates to senior management.
Travel to potential and existing customers to present company offerings and increase brand awareness.
Develop long-term relationships with customers and prioritize key prospects.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in Distribution sales in EDC, fintech, Banking/Insurance Sales.
Track and review sales targets for the team.
Research methods to enhance customer engagement.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Knowledge of Excel is a plus.
