Job Description

ClifyX Group is looking for a US IT Recruiter to work from home. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 7 years of experience in US IT Recruitment and will be responsible for screening candidate resumes, conducting interviews, and managing relationships with potential candidates.

Responsibilities

Source potential candidates from Job Portals
Operate Job Diva Applicant Tracking System
Screen candidate resumes using standardized screening techniques
Conduct preliminary interviews with recruits
Manage interview scheduling
Help with market company research
Manage long relationships with passive candidates

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
2-4 years of experience in US IT Recruitment
Experience in Job Diva ATS is a plus
Previous experience interviewing and assessing potential hires
Proficient in recruiting metrics and branding strategies
Excellent analytical, presentation, and interpersonal skills
