Job Description

An Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative support to company executives by handling information requests, performing clerical functions, and overseeing various administrative tasks. This role is crucial for ensuring the executive's day-to-day operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and prioritize emails, phone calls, and other communications on behalf of the executive.
  • Organize and maintain the executive's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Draft, review, and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Arrange and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
  • Maintain comprehensive and accurate records, files, and databases.
  • Act as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
