Job Description

The Data Protection Officer will lead the organization's Privacy Program, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive information.

Responsibilities

Develop and refine the enterprise-wide Privacy Program
Ensure organization-wide compliance with applicable laws and regulations
Optimize policies and procedures for handling sensitive information
Lead privacy training and awareness campaigns
Design and manage ongoing privacy monitoring programs

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Healthcare Administration, Information Security, or related field
Advanced Degree/certification highly preferred
Minimum 12 - 15 years of experience in Privacy, Compliance, or Information Governance
Prior experience in healthcare industry advantageous
