As a Content Operations Manager, you will lead content optimization programs, ensuring seamless operations across multiple teams and executing a cross-functional roadmap.
Manage content operations program that supports measuring, tracking, and reporting of content quality metrics.
Collaborate with platform and tooling teams to influence roadmaps to automate content operation programs.
Deliver insights and reports to leadership to influence priorities for quarterly and annual planning, and provide analysis for business reviews with stakeholders.
Partner with Vertical, Design, and Metric teams to ensure intake, resource allocation, and quality management.
Identify areas for operations and work with stakeholders, manage communications, and ensure milestones and deadlines are met.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
2 years of experience in program management.
3 years of experience in program management.
Experience translating content analysis and insights for non-editorial content audiences.
Experience in communications, including internal and executive communications.
Experience with stakeholder management and working with cross-functional teams.
Experience structuring programs or content with global scale.
Excellent project management skills and experience in managing vendors.
