Job Description

We are looking for a Site Supervisor to oversee construction projects, manage labor, coordinate with clients, and ensure smooth operations on site.

Responsibilities

Supervise labor and assign tasks
Verify subcontractor work and prepare bills
Plan workfront allocation for execution
Coordinate with clients and address concerns
Prepare invoices and maintain documentation

Qualifications

12th Pass / Diploma in Civil Engineering/B Tech/ BE
1+ years experience in civil/interior site supervision
Strong leadership and coordination skills
Proficiency in MS Excel and documentation
Fluent in English & Kannada (preferred)
