Job Description

The Operations Manager role involves overseeing onboarding, transaction processing, and service delivery to ensure high quality and efficient turnaround time.

Responsibilities

Identify and implement best practices to streamline processes and maximize efficiency
Review and improve service standards and SLA for lending products
Engage with stakeholders to understand and fulfill internal and external client needs
Manage risk by ensuring operational integrity and compliance with regulations

Qualifications

Commerce graduate/MBA with minimum 5 years of experience
Experience in Operations within a bank or financial institution preferred
