Job Description

Join Amazon as a Senior HR Partner and collaborate with business managers to provide HR expertise and support on various employee matters. Help drive scalable process improvements and standardization at local, regional, and global levels.

Responsibilities

Support business managers with sensitive employee issues and performance management processes
Collaborate with HR Business Partners and HR Centers of Excellence
Drive process improvements and standardization
Work with global HRPs to achieve WW HRP goals

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
6+ years of relevant HR Partnering/Generalist experience
Experience in a highly matrixed organization
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
