The Head of Institutional Sales will drive institutional business growth, acquire and manage key institutional clients, and ensure compliance with SEBI regulations.
Develop and implement strategies to acquire and retain institutional clients. Drive revenue growth through a structured sales strategy. Maintain knowledge of market trends and regulatory changes. Develop long-term relationships with institutional investors. Ensure coordination between sales and trading desk. Ensure compliance with SEBI regulations. Lead and mentor the sales team. Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
10+ years of institutional broking experience. Deep understanding of Indian equity and derivatives markets. Strong regulatory knowledge. Excellent leadership and negotiation skills. NISM certification/s or CFA/CMT are good to have. MBA preferred.
