Job Description

We are looking for a ServiceNow Engineer with 5-8 years of experience in the ServiceNow platform, specifically focusing on ITOM implementations, Service Mapping, and Discovery modules.

Responsibilities

Manage and improve ServiceNow Discovery and ServiceNow Services Mapping for on-prem/cloud inventory
Define configuration items and classes, attributes, data collection, and governance to support ITSM modules and business objectives
Build and support integrations with data sources other than ServiceNow Discovery
Set up and administer MID servers
Create/update/remove Discovery ranges and schedules
Monitor CMDB health and resolve conflicts between data sources
Interpret Discovery logs and data to diagnose issues

Qualifications

Certified in CIS - ITSM, CIS - Discovery, CIS - Service Mapping
Expertise in defining identification and reconciliation rules
Hands-on experience in building and supporting integrations
