Job Description

Ensure proficient and professional guest service by meeting and exceeding guest expectations.

Responsibilities

Respond to customer queries and resolve issues efficiently.
Attend to guest complaints, requests, and inquiries regarding food and services.
Establish seamless cooperation with all hotel departments.
Inspect linen, condiments, and operate equipment.
Promote hotel facilities and maximize sales.
Handle luggage and room assignments.
Ensure property safety and report any issues.

Qualifications

Any Graduate or Postgraduate degree.
Experience in hospitality industry preferred.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Knowledge of hotel operations and safety procedures.
