Qualifications

Proven experience as a Talent Advisor or similar role in a large matrix MNC
Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and tools
Strong understanding of industry landscape
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and databases
High level of attention to detail
