Job Description

Seeking a motivated Inside Sales Executive to generate leads, recommend products/services, achieve sales targets, and maintain CRM records.

Responsibilities

  • Generate new leads through cold calling, emailing, LinkedIn outreach, and inbound lead follow-ups.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products/services.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
  • Maintain accurate lead and sales information in CRM records.
  • Follow up on quotes, proposals, and customer inquiries promptly.
  • Coordinate with the field sales team or other departments for a seamless customer experience.
  • Send necessary sales materials to customers as required.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
  • Good understanding of the sales process and customer lifecycle.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
