Job Description

Lead the production support & shared services team within a global financial group, managing complex production applications and ensuring the availability, reliability, and performance of Pensions platforms and systems.

Responsibilities

Manage all elements of Production Support, ensuring adherence to quality standards and client requirements.
Serve as the primary point of contact for global stakeholders, fostering long-term partnerships.
Direct and mentor delivery teams, promoting collaboration and accountability.
Develop and implement production support strategies to meet organizational goals.

Qualifications

18+ years of experience in team management and technology production support.
Proven industry experience in a leadership role, preferably in the Financial Services industry.
Knowledge of ITIL methodology and vendor management.
Experience in resolving technical complexities related to production issues.
