Job Description

We are seeking a creative Content Writer to shape Eka Care's voice across digital platforms, focusing on social media, video, and thought leadership. The ideal candidate will be passionate about storytelling through short-form video and comfortable working with AI tools to scale content creation.

Responsibilities

Write compelling content for social media platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube.
Plan and manage content calendars aligned with product, marketing, and brand teams.
Create engaging copy around health tech, product updates, user stories, and ecosystem conversations.
Conceptualize and write scripts for videos, reels, YouTube Shorts, and product explainers.
Engage with influencers and foster community connections through commenting strategies.
Ghostwrite content for CXO profiles and maintain a consistent voice for each leader.
Support CRM journeys by crafting content for push notifications, in-app messages, and emailers.

Qualifications

2-4 years of content writing experience, preferably in a startup or health-tech environment.
Strong storytelling skills and understanding of platform-specific tones.
Experience in writing short-form video scripts and product explainers.
Excellent English writing skills with attention to detail.
Familiarity with tools like Canva, Hootsuite, Buffer, and Notion.
Experience managing founder/brand profiles or scripting thought-leadership content is a plus.
