Provide day-to-day technical support for physical security infrastructure and services including access control and video surveillance systems.

Support service/operational delivery for Asset Protection and Access Control.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues with network video recording devices.
Manage tickets in ServiceNow and ensure smooth operations of surveillance systems.
Collaborate with internal/external partners for deployments.
Contribute to process improvement and new technology implementation.
Build positive relationships with retail team, vendors, and partners.
Participate in technical projects and on-call rotation.

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in IT-related field with 3 years of technology experience.
Experience troubleshooting CCTV cameras.
Understanding of incident management and networking principles.
Familiarity with Cisco Meraki, Active Directory, Microsoft tools, and ticketing systems.
