Job Description

As an Operations Executive, you will be responsible for initiating and conducting verifications, research & database management, communication & follow-ups, and record-keeping & compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and initiate the educational verification process as per company guidelines.
  • Verify an individual's academic qualifications by reaching out to universities and educational institutions.
  • Conduct research to verify the authenticity of universities and academic records using educational platforms, official university websites, and search engines.
  • Regularly update the internal database with verified university contact details.
  • Reach out via calls and emails to university officials to obtain verification confirmations.
  • Maintain professional communication with stakeholders for smooth verification closures.
  • Capture and document specific information received from university representatives.
  • Conduct primary source verification of specified antecedents.
  • Ensure all verifications adhere to compliance and data integrity standards.
