Unico Connect is looking for a Business Development Executive with experience in selling custom software development, web and mobile app development, AI, and digital transformation services. This role focuses on lead generation in the Indian market.
Identify and engage prospective clients through various channels such as cold outreach, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and industry networking.
Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs and qualify leads based on specific criteria.
Hand off qualified leads to the internal sales team for further development.
Research target industries and companies to tailor outreach strategies.
Maintain updated lead activity records in the CRM system.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align messaging and targeting strategies.
Meet and exceed KPIs for lead volume and quality.
Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B lead generation or business development within Indian software development agencies.
Demonstrated success in qualifying leads and contributing to sales pipelines up to 4 cr+ INR annually.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Understanding of IT services and the Indian business ecosystem.
Proficiency in CRM and outreach tools.
Self-driven, well-organized, and capable of working independently.
