Job Description

Join Jitterbit as a Customer Success Manager in the dynamic iPaaS industry. Work cross-functionally with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure customer success and drive renewals.

Responsibilities

  • Quickly familiarize yourself with company processes and tools
  • Prepare and conduct Onboarding meetings
  • Review customer licenses and platform usage
  • Drive, negotiate, and close renewals
  • Provide back-office support for strategic renewals
  • Track and report on key renewal metrics
  • Work cross-functionally to streamline renewal workflows
  • Master the company's value proposition and communicate it effectively
  • Document customer journeys and account health
  • Handle escalations by managing communication
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to develop account strategies

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer success roles
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally
  • Strong background in reviewing contracts and negotiating terms
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and iPaaS platforms is a plus
