Job Description

We are looking for a Recruiter to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and managing the recruitment process.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct sourcing, screening, and interviewing of candidates for overseas job placements.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and overseas employers.
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to develop effective strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Guide candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Assist candidates with visa and immigration requirements.
  • Provide ongoing support to candidates and clients.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in international recruitment preferred.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong understanding of labor markets and visa processes.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment software tools.
  • Knowledge of multiple languages is a plus.
  • Proactive mindset with a customer-centric approach.
