Job Description

Seeking a strategic and dynamic General Manager - Purchase to lead end-to-end procurement for our marble business. The ideal candidate has 12-15 years of experience in procurement, preferably in global/multinational setups, with expertise in cost optimization and strong vendor management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute global sourcing and procurement strategies
  • Drive cost efficiency and supplier performance
  • Lead inventory and supply chain optimization
  • Implement procurement systems and ensure compliance
  • Build and lead a high-performing procurement team
  • Champion sustainable and ethical sourcing practices

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s in Supply Chain, Business, or related field (MBA/CIPS preferred)
  • Proven track record in strategic sourcing, cost reduction & team leadership
  • Strong understanding of global markets (US/Europe preferred)
  • Proficiency in SAP/Oracle and analytics tools
