Join Kylas as a Senior Inside Sales Associate and be part of a dynamic team working with a growth engine CRM product.

Identify and reach out to potential clients through various channels to generate new business opportunities.
Conduct product demonstrations to showcase how Kylas.io solutions can add value to clients.
Manage and track sales leads, opportunities, and accounts using CRM system.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Stay informed about industry trends and customer needs to effectively position products and services.
Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and updates to sales manager.
Collaborate with marketing and customer support teams for a cohesive approach to sales and customer engagement.

Bachelor’s degree in technology, business, Marketing, or Engineering preferred.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience with CRM systems (Kylas Sales CRM experience is a plus).
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
