Job Description

Join a leading NBFC as a Customer Support Executive, helping customers understand credit and Cibil Score, and resolving credit concerns.

Responsibilities

  • Perform inbound & outbound customer calls.
  • Explain credit and Cibil Score to customers.
  • Understand and resolve credit concerns.
  • Coordinate with operations department for successful repayment.

Qualifications

  • Fluency in English and Hindi.
  • No night shifts, general shift from 9:30am to 6:30pm.
  • Joining bonus of Rs. 6000, attractive incentives, DRA Certification.
  • Half-yearly and annual increments, timely salaries.
  • Freshers are preferred.
