Responsibilities

Deliver high-impact, experiential learning sessions.
Collaborate with actor-facilitators to create immersive, real-world scenarios.

Ensure every session inspires action and drives behavioral change.
Partner with various teams to craft unforgettable learning journeys.

Qualifications

Extensive experience in facilitation, especially in leadership development and behavioral change.
Ability to create a psychologically safe and inclusive space for discussions.
Experience working with diverse industries and global audiences.
Fluency in multiple languages and cultural awareness.
Certifications in relevant areas such as Coaching, DEI, Leadership Development, etc.
