Job Description

Join our team as a Business Analyst Intern Trainee and learn to apply analytical skills to drive business improvement and contribute to key decision-making processes remotely.

Responsibilities

Assist in collecting and documenting business requirements through interviews, surveys, and data analysis.
Analyze business data, identify trends, and generate actionable insights that support business objectives.
Support the creation of process maps and workflow diagrams to understand current business processes and identify areas for improvement.
Help prepare reports, presentations, and dashboards that communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
Work with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of business solutions.
Document business processes, requirements, and technical specifications in clear and concise formats.
Participate in training sessions and workshops to develop your skills in business analysis tools, methodologies, and best practices.

Qualifications

Recent graduate or currently enrolled in a degree program related to Business Administration, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or a similar field.
Strong interest in analyzing business problems, gathering data, and finding solutions.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work with large datasets and ensure data accuracy.
Ability to identify problems and suggest potential solutions based on data analysis.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
Ability to work independently in a remote work environment and manage time effectively.
Willingness to learn new tools, techniques, and concepts in business analysis.
