Develop and review User Acceptance Testing scenarios
Manage on roll & outsourced staff effectively
Drive automation and process improvement initiatives
Manage audits and data analysis
Implement digital workflows and system integrations

Qualifications

Knowledge of lending system functionalities like Finnone, SFDC
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong data management and analysis skills
Technological acumen for modern technology usage
Sound technical skills for system integrations
