Job Description

TCS Chennai is hiring for a Payroll Team Lead position with extensive experience in HR and Payroll domain.

Responsibilities

Manage all areas within HR Transaction services scope
Handle client escalations and reviews
Provide data for Payroll and Govt. Regulations
Interact with Customer for metrics and tracking
Lead a team of 15+ associates for a client
Communicate with upstream and downstream partners for day to day operations

Qualifications

8+ years of work experience in HR and Payroll domain
Experience in client management and handling escalations
Proficiency in multiple HR systems like SAP, Success Factors, Kronos
Excellent communication, MS Office, Excel, Customer Management, and Presentation Skills
