TCS Pune is hiring Customer Service Specialists for voice support. The role involves assisting customers with Internet, Cable TV, Cellular Phones, and Local services through inbound and outbound calls, chat, and email support.

Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls for collecting overdue payments
Respond to customer inquiries about products and services
Recommend appropriate products and services
Document customer interactions
Meet performance and sales goals
Upsell additional products and services
Provide first-class customer service
Escalate issues when needed
Report service issues
Cross-train for technical skills

Qualifications
