Foundever is hiring a Customer Service Executive for the UK Ticketing Process at our Mumbai office in Chandivali, Andheri East. This role involves handling customer queries and providing excellent service.

Responsibilities

- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat

- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to customers

- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts

Qualifications

- HSC Passed or higher with relevant documents

- 1+ year experience in an International BPO

- Excellent communication skills
