Job Description

Foundever is seeking Customer Service Representatives for their international voice and non-voice process. The role involves handling customer service inquiries related to various industries.

Responsibilities

Handle customer service inquiries via voice and chat
Provide assistance to customers related to train ticketing, e-commerce, technical support, and utility services
Adapt to changing priorities and handle challenging situations effectively

Qualifications

Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written)
Willingness to work in rotational night shifts
Technical knowledge or experience for work-from-home positions
Ability to handle customer inquiries efficiently
