Job Description

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our team in the insurance sector. The ideal candidate should be dynamic, results-driven, and have experience in BFSI/NBFC/sales.

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive training programs for agents to ensure product knowledge and sales skills.
Provide ongoing coaching and support to enhance the performance of the agency team.
Set and achieve sales targets for the agency team.
Implement sales strategies to drive revenue and meet business objectives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, fostering a positive and collaborative environment.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Maximum age of 36 years.
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in BFSI/NBFC/sales/Any field sales.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets.
