Job Description

Responsibilities

Conduct process mapping and analysis to identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to document and optimize business processes.
Develop and maintain process documentation, including flowcharts, diagrams, and SOPs.
Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather process requirements and feedback.
Analyze process data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.
Implement process improvements and monitor their effectiveness.
Provide training and support to team members on process mapping tools and techniques.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in process management.
Communicate process changes and updates to stakeholders.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.

Qualifications

5-7 years of experience in process mapping, business analysis, or a related field.
Proven track record in mapping and optimizing business processes.
Experience in working with cross-functional teams to identify and document process improvements.
Strong background in using process mapping tools and methodologies.
Familiarity with industry standards and best practices in process management.
