Job Description

We are looking for a Key Account Manager to oversee freight forwarding operations and manage key client relationships. The ideal candidate will have experience in pricing, operational management, and international shipping.

Responsibilities

Oversee pricing and operations teams
Act as primary contact for customers
Develop strong relationships with clients, vendors, and carriers
Manage end-to-end freight forwarding operations
Monitor shipment tracking and compliance
Prepare reports on operational metrics

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field
5+ years of freight forwarding experience
Experience in Air, Sea, LCL, FCL shipments
Knowledge of Inco-terms and international shipping regulations
Strong operational and pricing management skills
