Exciting opportunity for a Senior Executive Corporate Sales to join our team and drive business growth through selling online enterprise recruitment solutions to corporate clients.

Responsibilities

Selling online enterprise recruitment solutions to corporate clients by assessing their business requirements
Achieving sales targets through acquisition of new clients and growing business from existing clients
Developing a database of qualified leads through referrals, telephone canvassing, social media, and other channels
Area Mapping, prospecting, negotiation, freezing on commercials, and closing deals with the necessary documentation
Building a pipeline and strong personal relationships with prospects
Being proactive about solving problems and taking on additional initiatives and responsibilities as they emerge
Seeking out opportunities to be a leader and help the company achieve its larger objectives
Being an evangelist for the company's ecosystem of products and services

Qualifications

MBA/PGDM in Any Specialization
Previous experience in B2B sales and new business development
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Ability to meet set sales targets consistently
Experience in managing client relationships and upselling/cross-selling
