Responsibilities

Implementation, setting key milestones, and establishing a measurement strategy.
Serve as a strategic lead in co-building partnerships and designing high impact pilots in gender.
Establish and manage governance mechanisms for the program, coordinating effectively with external stakeholders.
Lead consultancy-based assignments, ensuring quality assurance and timely delivery.
Develop and oversee knowledge management outputs, including case studies and toolkits.
Translate complex ideas into strategic narratives that mobilize resources.
Anchor ecosystem engagement through convenings and collaborations.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure high-quality project outcomes.
Establish and sustain strong relationships with key funders and partners.
Ensure the adoption of high-quality methodologies and processes.
Contribute to organizational priorities and oversee team management.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field, Master's preferred.
Proven experience in program management in the social sector.
Strong understanding of gender issues and evidence-based approaches.
