Job Description

Join Bhanzu as a Business Development Associate and be the face of customer support for our math and STEM education platform.

Responsibilities

Act as a single point of contact for customer support
Respond to customer queries via phone, email, or chat
Proactively build rapport with customers through outbound calling
Identify customer needs and propose solutions efficiently
Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution
Build and maintain relationships with existing customers
Maintain knowledge of company products and services

Qualifications

Degree in management, marketing, communication, or similar field
Experience in relationship management or customer service
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
Ability to multitask and display patience in tough situations
