Responsibilities

Collect, analyze, and interpret complex data to identify trends and areas for improvement
Define and report on key performance indicators related to support effectiveness and user behavior
Recommend data-driven solutions to optimize support processes
Collaborate with product managers and engineers to integrate data-driven decisions into product development

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Math, Quantitative Science, or related field
1 year of experience in data analytics or related role
Proficiency in SQL or comparable coding language
Experience converting data into insights
