Job Description

Seeking a Lead Development Engineer with 7+ years of experience in Workday integration development and support in the Workday HCM space. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, mentorship abilities, and expertise in managing complex data transformations.

Responsibilities

Develop Workday integrations including EIBs, Core Connectors, Cloud Connectors, PECI, and Studio integrations
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on best practices
Resolve complex integration issues and manage data transformations

Qualifications

7+ years of experience in Workday integration development
Deep understanding of Workday reporting, PRISM analytics, and BIRT
Strong knowledge of data formats including XML, JSON, and web-services
Experience with SOAP and REST APIs
