Job Description

The Manager Productivity Excellence role at Turbhe involves supporting the Chief Manager-PE in implementing the Productivity Excellence program. The role requires designing and implementing productivity improvement frameworks based on Industrial Engineering principles.

Responsibilities

Understand drivers of organization productivity improvement
Support in day to day planning of workforce with standardization and harmonization of manning norms
Conduct industrial engineering studies to identify redundancies and non-value-added activities
Execute and track progress of employee productivity projects
Assist in workforce budgeting exercise and HR cost finalization
Demonstrate good HR analytics to identify headcount cost optimization
Assist in setting up productivity measures for operation and support functions
Ensure site manpower forecasting for cost and headcount requirements
Help site achieve productivity and financial saving targets
Ensure drafting and sharing of MIS and participate in the OE governance model

Qualifications

5 to 8 years of experience in Industrial Engineering
B.E./M.E. in Industrial Engineering
Strong communication and influencing skills
Ability to organize work, plan, and prioritize effectively
Knowledge of MS Power BI, SQL, Tableau, Lean Management tools
