Responsibilities

Work with hiring managers and technical leadership to understand talent needs
Design and execute sourcing strategies to attract top technical talent
Build and nurture a pipeline of qualified candidates
Champion a seamless candidate experience
Advise on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and hiring best practices

Qualifications

4-7 years of technical recruitment experience
Experience hiring for engineering, product, and data roles
Manage high-volume and niche hiring
Familiarity with modern ATS platforms
Strong grasp of compensation structures and offer negotiation
