Job Description

The Secretarial Officer will be responsible for various secretarial duties including preparing letters, publishing notices, handling compliance, attending to shareholder queries, and assisting in legal matters.

Responsibilities

- Prepare letters to Directors regarding meetings

- Publish notices in newspapers

- Handle company's results publication and filings

- Draft and type minutes

- Handle compliance of Secretarial Department

- Attend to shareholder matters

- Assist in legal matters

- Coordinate opening of bank account for dividends

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Secretarial Practice or related field

- Strong communication skills

- Familiarity with Ministry of Corporate Affairs regulations

- Ability to handle confidential information
