Autodesk is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead the Autodesk Product Data Platform team in Pune, India. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and leadership skills to drive teams in an agile environment.

Responsibilities

Accountable for business outcomes and engineering excellence
Coach team members on aligning work with organizational goals
Inspire, motivate, and coach team members for maximum productivity
Lead and mentor developers to achieve individual success
Recruit and nurture top talent for high-performing teams
Enhance engineering efficiency and provide technical guidance

Qualifications

10+ years of experience in designing and developing cloud/server applications
7+ years of experience leading and managing development teams
Experience in hiring key talent and setting up successful teams
Excellent communication skills and ability to simplify complex subjects
Certification in Agile Methodologies is an advantage
