Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Civil Billing and Estimation Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing detailed cost estimation for projects, preparing accurate cost estimates, certifying bills of quantities, and maintaining project cost records.

Responsibilities

  • Perform detailed cost estimation for projects
  • Analyze engineering drawings and specifications
  • Prepare accurate cost estimates
  • Prepare bills of quantities (BOQ)
  • Process subcontractor bills
  • Prepare bar bending schedules
  • Prepare monthly reconciliation statements
  • Maintain accurate project cost records
  • Work closely with clients and subcontractors
  • Resolve billing discrepancies
  • Ensure billing milestones are met
  • Identify project scope variations
  • Check and certify bills and invoices
  • Follow up with accounts department for payments

Qualifications

  • UG: Diploma in Any Specialization, B.Tech/B.E. in Civil
  • PG: M.Tech in Civil
