Join our team as a Software Engineering Manager focusing on Audio and Home Sensing projects. Lead a team of engineers to develop innovative solutions and drive technical excellence.

Responsibilities

Lead a small engineering team to support Home Intelligence projects
Provide technical guidance and management for the team
Plan and scope project work for Home Intelligence initiatives
Build expertise in audio and sensor data synthesis and automation
Integrate data pipelines and evaluation setups for Home Intelligence products
Collaborate cross-functionally and contribute to team capacity growth

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
8 years of experience in software development with multiple programming languages
5 years of experience leading ML design and optimizing ML infrastructure
3 years of technical leadership experience
Master’s degree or PhD preferred
Experience in matrixed organizations
