Job Description

The Record to Analyze Process Expert at Hiredas is responsible for leveraging deep knowledge of R2A processes to achieve service levels, key targets, and deliver high-quality and cost-effective services that drive business outcomes. They support customer-focused services and process improvements through innovative practices and technologies.

Responsibilities

Processing complex transactions and resolving standard process issues
Preparing and finalizing period and close activities
Performing reconciliations
Executing Intercompany netting/settlements
Monitoring bank statements and accounts
Preparation of financial, management, and treasury reporting

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field
Advanced knowledge of accounting principles
Experience in processing complex financial transactions
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in ERP systems
